George Li Shun Long (MBA, CFA)
A Chartered Financial Analyst, George is the founding Chairman of Pegasus Bullion and was appointed CEO at PB's inception in 2012. A long time stalwart of the Group, George previously served as Head of Precious Metals with Pegasus Investments since 2007 and together with Michael Fulburn grew the firm's assets under management (AUM).
George graduated with summa cum laude degrees in Mathematics and Financial Engineering at Cambridge and later received his Masters in Business Administration at Harvard. He started his career at Morgan Stanley before moving to Deutsche Bank and then UBS where he fulfilled several roles in portfolio management and distribution.
George was tasked with spearheading Pegasus Bullion and appointed CEO in 2012.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Thomas Dreher (CPA)
Thomas has over 15 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and portfolio manager. His background includes both buy side money management organizations. Prior to joining Pegasus in 2008, Thomas was Chief Financial Officer of Pershing, a Credit Suisse First Boston subsidiary.
Previous to that, he was managing director and chief accounting officer of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc., and chief financial and administrative officer of that firm's capital markets group.
Appointed to the board in November 2012, Thomas is responsible for treasury, tax, accounting and financial operations at Pegasus Bullion. He holds an Accountancy degree from Manchester University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
Richard Levinstein
Richard is the Chief Operations Officer and Head of Retail Strategy at PB. Rich is actively involved in managing the firm and regularly confers with the investment managers at Pegasus Investments to determine asset divestment allocations.
Prior to Pegasus Bullion, he was a Managing Director at ADF Asset Management and its affiliate, Drake Financial, as Head of Tactical Opportunities for seven years. Shortly after joining PI, he spearheaded the product sales in Europe. Richard was appointed to the Board in November 2012 to expand sales efforts in the Asia Pacific.
Richard holds an A.B. degree in Economics Summa Cum Laude from Duke University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to earn a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lee Wei Chen (CFA)
Lee Wei Chen was appointed to the Board in November 2012. Wei Chen was awarded a degree in Economics from Oxford University and is also a registered CFA Charterholder. He launched his career with the investment bank Merrill Lynch and subsequently worked at private investment firms Legend Investments and Pinnacle Global Advisors. Wei Chen joined Pegasus in 2008 where he served as Head of Commodities at Pegasus Investments for 4 years. He fulfilled various roles within the firm including Corporate Strategic Planning and product sales.
Wei Chen was promoted to Non-Executive Director at Pegasus Bullion in 2012.
